First No-Show:

Life happens! For your first missed appointment without notice, no fee will be charged, but I kindly ask you to notify me as soon as possible for future cancellations.

Subsequent No-Shows:

If a second no-show occurs, a fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged, and future appointments will require a deposit to book.

Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to 50% fee unless there's an emergency.
